Summary: The location and staff really make this hotel worth the stay. Every staff member went out of their way to be friendly or helpful. While the room could have used some upgrading, my overall experience was very pleasant and I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Summary: Some amenities were not available- Finnish sauna was out of use due to construction/repair, and the restaurant is only open Wed-Sun. Paid $72 for "half pension" option for two people thinking it would be comparable to others in the area-- it was buffet and not worth the price. Also paid extra for "king" bed which was just two beds smushed together. Did not receive VIP room upgrade.

Summary: Everything was perfect apart from two things the swimming pool which was closed for some reason for three out of the 4 days we stayed.

Summary: Great property beautiful rooms and warm cozy lobby. Food was excellent and staff was super friendly. The hotel is out of town and although they have a pass for the buss you have to walk down the hill to catch the bus and return back to hotel. So not very convenient

Summary: Wonderful hotel with excellent services. The staff are amazing as well as the location and amenities. It is really worth staying here. Parking is easy and lots to do in and around the site that include walks along the lake or spend some time in the spa and pool. Highly recommended.

Summary: While it was partly my fault by taking the room keys when I checked out, may i recommend upgrading to electronic key cards? Other than that, we enjoyed our stay tremendously and will certainly stay again!
